After 25 years, we still roast them in small batches, our Roastmaster watching over each roast. Each coffee variety has its own special characteristics, so we roast to the precise temperature that releases its true magic.
Our inventory is kept mostly “green” – unroasted. We then plan, roast, hand-package, and ship daily. Sometimes it’s a challenge, but it’s what we do to minimize the time between our roaster and your cup.
We don’t know many coffee companies that do all this, but all you need is one.
