Cold brew is a summertime staple. Hot weather calls for refreshment and sometimes a piping hot cup just doesn’t sound as nice when it’s 90 degrees out.  The Toddy Cold Brew System is a barista’s method of choice for producing consistent, smooth, and effortless cold brew. 

Starting with 12 ounces of your favorite coarse ground coffee, pour it into your toddy filter along with a slow pour of 48 ounces of cold water, leave to steep for a minimum of 12 hours… and voila! A beautifully smooth coffee concentrate, with so much versatility. 

Making yourself the perfect cup is simple and quick. For a 16 ounce cup, start with four ounces of cold brew concentrate- pour over ice, and fill to the top with cold filtered water, leaving room for cream, honey, syrup, whatever your pleasure.
