Garry Schuil founded Schuil Coffee Company on a basic principle - he wanted to provide the highest quality coffee at a great value, and that’s how we’ve been doing it for over 40 years. As the first specialty coffee roaster in Michigan, and one of the first in the US, our legacy proves our dedication to quality and consistency. Our coffee is roasted fresh daily and put through a rigorous QA process with a focus on attention to detail. That feeling of joy you get from a really great cup of coffee is what drives us here at Schuil. It’s why we work hard to source quality coffees that make up our carefully curated menu to meet a wide range of customers. All throughout the year, our team samples and scores coffees, selecting the best offerings to fit our menu. Schuil is proud to exclusively offer specialty coffee, from our flavored options, to our darkest roasts, all offerings must score at least an 80 (out of 100). We work closely with importers to ensure an exceptional and consistent product harvest to harvest while also keeping an eye out for innovative ideas that we can share with our customers.
