If you are unsatisfied with any purchase you have made through our website for any reason, please contact us via support@schuilcoffee.com or (616) 956-6815 for a replacement or refund of the purchase price within 30 days of delivery. Please tell us your name, the order number, which items, how many you are returning, and the reason for the return. We will instruct you on how to send the items back to us.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Gift cards and some sale items are not eligible for return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund and your order qualified for free shipping, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
