Since a nightcap out might not be in the cards this year, why not snuggle up with a cocktail of your own making? We took some liberties with the classic Irish Coffee, and brought the party down to Kentucky with this bourbon-based twist.
6oz brewed Cinnamon Stick coffee
1 sugar cube
Heavy cream, lightly whipped
Place sugar cube in the bottom of a coffee mug, along with the bourbon
Pour hot, brewed coffee over sugar cube and stir to dissolve
Finish the drink with a dollop of whipped cream
