How To Get The Most
HOW TO GET THE MOST OUT OF YOUR DAILY CUP OF COFFEE
1. Buy specialty coffee.
There is an official scale we use to purchase our green (unroasted) coffee. Coffees that score 80 points or higher are considered “specialty,” and it’s all we buy. It’s pretty affordable, so treat yourself to some of the best beans in the world. You’ll notice the difference, no matter how much coffee experience you have.
2. Try drinking black coffee.
Cream and sugar certainly aren’t cardinal sins, but coffee is a complex and super interesting beverage. Enjoy it black if you can, especially now that you’re buying better coffee! Even if you have to ease into it by slowly cutting back on cream and sugar over time, it’ll be worth it.
3. Try flavored coffee as an alternative to cream and sugar.
We have so many to choose from! You’ll notice the flavor notes are very strong in the aroma, but the taste retains that rich coffee flavor.
4. Learn where your coffee comes from.
Every coffee has a story, from the farmer to the country of origin to the roasting team. It takes a lot of work from many folks to get you those beans to you. Savor the experience.
5. Enjoy coffee with a friend when possible.
We all drink coffee at busy times, but doesn’t it seem to taste especially good alongside someone’s good company.
