Genuine Hawaiian Kona coffee is a luxurious and aromatic blend that is grown in the volcanic soil on the “Big Island” of Hawaii. It is known for its smooth, well-balanced flavor and distinct character, which is a result of the unique microclimate and soil conditions of the Kona region. This special aromatic coffee is medium bodied and rich with a dry finish. Processed using the washed method, resulting in clean, sweet notes of milk chocolate, berry, and brown sugar. The washed method is the most common method of processing coffee. Washed coffee is stripped of its fruit then fermented in tanks of water.
